The summer is the time of fun and activities in the fresh air. This is also the time when most of you are planning where to spend the holidays? You also need to plan what to take with you for the safety of their loved ones and for their own health.

Do you go camping or to the country, if you qualify for a holiday of a seaside or for travel on the cultural and historical places, mishaps can happen to you anywhere and at the most unexpected moment. During the summer you may be weakening your alertness is why it is important to prepare yourself for the summer vacation these helpful tips:

1. Cook and take a first aid kit. You can buy a standard kit for first aid at your local store, and it will be better if you put it in a few extra funds in case of emergency. Your first aid kit should include: sunscreen, bandages and dressings, tissue tape, scissors, tweezers (to work with tapes), antihistamines (such as Benadryl), cold compresses, repellent, summer hat, sunscreen glasses, the warm water spray and card with emergency contact numbers.

2. Stay indoors, if possible, especially at midday, when the sun's rays are strongest. If there is no air conditioning, stay on the lowest floor of the house, beyond the reach of sunlight. Remember that electric fans do not cool the air, and only move it. If you can not walk into a room, at least, find shade.

3. If you notice a slight allergic stimulation (mosquitoes, bees, and poison ivy), the very first thing you should clean irritated area with soap and water to remove from skin irritant. Then you should use antihistamines to relieve the itching and stop the reaction. However, if you or someone in your family has a severe allergy, make sure that you have the Epi-pen, and sure to take his rest.

4. Cuts, scrapes, bumps and bruises. First you need to stop the bleeding, and only then wash the affected area with soap and soda. The next step, you need to start processing the wound disinfecting ointment and finally wrap, so there again no dirt.

5. Eat only safe products. Whether you grill on the patio or picnic in the park, make sure you eat balanced meals with lots of vegetables and fruit, and always freeze food as quickly as possible. Never eat the remains left in the sun or not packaged in heat. Can you believe you can - no, but these five tips will make the difference between the urgency of the situation and shallow poser.
